On July 2, 2023, at around 12:30 AM, there was a mass shooting at a block party in the 800 block of Gretna Court in Baltimore, Maryland. The shooting left two people dead, the victims were identified as Aaliyah Gonzalez and Kylis Fagbemi.

Reports said the shooting happened during a “Brooklyn Day” block party, which was attended by hundreds of people. According to witnesses who reported hearing 20 to 30 shots fired. The victims were shot in the legs, arms, chest, and abdomen.

The Metro Crime stoppers submitted a tip reward worth over $8000 to anybody that will help lead to the arrests of the culprits.
