Lehlohonolo Seema sacked from Chippa United

Chippa United manager Lehlohonolo Sema is no longer the club’s official coach.

The 42-year-old coach, who stepped in last season and spared the team from relegation, was allegedly fired by the club on Wednesday without an official explanation.

Seema was heard saying in an exclusive interview a few days ago that he doesn’t know what lies ahead for him in the future if he is terminated, despite just being at the club for a short time and saving it from relegation.

Chippa United fans and concerned individuals are keen to know why, but there is yet to be any formal statement released indicating their own rationale for terminating Seema.

Seema joined Chipa United just a few months ago, with only four games remaining, replacing Siyabulela Gwambi, who had lost his first two matches against Marumo Gallants and Sekhukhume United on consecutive matches. He was immediately replaced by Seema to save the dying club, which was on the verge of relegation.
