Tol Ass Mo Says He Will Take Legal Action On Anyone Calling Him A Rapist

Tol Ass Mo, a former comedian has vowed to take legal action on anyone who dares to publicly call him a rapist.

Tol Ass Mo stated this in a series of tweets he made through his official Twitter page while revealing that he is making plans to sue Lerato Moloi for defamation after a judge ruled him not guilty of raping the model and actress.

Moloi claimed in 2020 that Mo had sexually abused her in 2014 when they collaborated on a production.
Since Wednesday, August 16, Mo has been stalking and apologizing to everyone who thought he was guilty prior to the court’s decision on Twitter.

Samkelo Ndolvu was one of the people for whom he came.

“@SamkeloNdlovu If you don’t publicly apologize within 24 hours, my legal team will get in touch with you, he tweeted.
The following day Ndlovu responded: “Ku weird. You’ve had many opportunities to tell me this between then and now. U have my numbers, been to my house many times.

“But if it’s an apology u want; then Askies Mongezi 4 believing a woman that she was raped in South Africa, not with us being the rape capital of the world.”

Ntsiki Mazwai was one of those who dubbed Mo a rapist, thus Mo also came after her.
“@ntsikimazwai get your lawyers ready and bank account stable. You can expect legal letter from my legal team I expect a public apology from you I’m not a rapist as you say I am if you want to contest that ask the court of law what vindication means. Ubuwa masipa too much.”

Additionally, he requested Penny Lebyane, a radio host, apologize.

“@PennyLebyane If you don’t apologize, I’ll go to court and give you 24 hours to leave before things get out of hand.
After she asked him what she did, he responded: “You called me a rapist on live radio with no evidence while interviewing @leratommoloi.

“I have been proven innocent by the court of law and vindicated of all charges.

“Call me a rapist again I dare you.”
