In Oslo, a Norwegian security officer affiliated with a terror organization has been arrested.
The young man was detained on suspicion of being a member of a terrorist group.
Following that, in what appeared to be a coordinated attack, another Norwegian student affiliated with the same terror ring was caught in Bulgaria.
He has been scheduled to appear in front of a jury for a pre-trial hearing on Wednesday.
As of the time of publishing this story, the alleged terrorist had not been identified.
Trond Hugubakken, a spokesman for the agency, which goes by the acronym PST, told Norwegian broadcaster NRK that the arrest in Bulgaria was made on the basis of a European arrest warrant issued by the prosecuting authority in Norway, and that an investigation had been launched in the Scandinavian country.
There was no immediate information provided.
