Shocking!! 2-year-old toddler allegedly shoots self in Milwaukee, police investigates
A suspected homicide is being investigated in Milwaukee after a 2-year-old toddler was claimed to have shot himself after grabbing an unsecured pistol and pulling it over to his head.
Many neighbors in Milwaukee have been shocked by the incident that occurred between 12th and Wright.
According to police, the youngster was taken to a hospital with critical injuries.
He is in good health and is likely to live.
In connection with the incident, a 30-year-old Milwaukee man was detained.
The Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office will be referred to criminal charges.
Milwaukee police would want to urge the public to keep weapons locked up with a gunlock and stored away from children’s reach.
If somebody requires a gunlock, they should contact their local district to see if any are available for free.
