Information reaching our news desk has it popular Hawaiian singer, music composer, and producer,  Laga Savea has sadly passed away. The death news which has flooded social media says the singer died today May 25, 2022.

Circumstances surrounding his sad demise have not been made known to the public at the time of filing this report.

Laga was much influenced by many different genres of music including inspirational, jazz, reggae, R&B, classical, and Hawaiian Island, Laga started developing his own unique flavor in creating, performing, and recording music.

As the drummer for the group “Hot Rain,” Laga started composing music at an early age. His musical influences include Brian McKnight, Beres Hammond, Lucky Dube, Lukie D, Smokey Norful, J. Moss, and Fiji.

Laga has shared the stage with many popular Island and Reggae artists the likes of Maxi Priest, Yellow Man, Don Carlos, and Arrested Development.
