The three arrested suspects in Hillary Gardee’s kidnapping and murder have been in court in Nelspruit.
The alleged murders of Gardee have now been charged with rape, conspiracy to commit murder, defeating the ends of Justice and many more charges could be added.
They have been identified as Lawrance Mkhatshwa, Philemon Lukhele, and Mduduzi Gama.
Hillary was allegedly held in a Nelspruit Guest House (student accommodation) before being murdered.
According to reports, students are now relocating.
Although the media has not been granted permission to go live as yet but we have been able to obtain certain information from the court hearing.
Meanwhile, Supporters have gathered outside the Nelspruit Magistrate Court, and highways have been closed as a result of the intense demonstrations.
Outside the court, supporters of President Zuma were led by Cde Ngrayi Ngwenya.
Outside also, are the EFF members singing! The EFF’s leadership is also on its way.

The EFF Spokesperson Leigh Mathys and the EFF Provincial Chairperson in Mpumalanga collensedibe are also supporting the Gardee family at the Nelspruit Magistrates Court.
