What Mbappe Told Pogba When He Asked Him About How Things Are Going For Him At PSG

The 3-0 thrashing of Paris Saint-Germain in the hands of Monaco made huge headlines this week and has thrown so many questions on the way forward for PSG top players including French striker, Kylian Mbappe.

In a leaked conversation between Kylian Mbappe and his country teammate and Manchester United star, Paul Pogba, Mbappe said he is a little fed up with how things are going in PSG.

When the two players met again on international duty with France this week, he confessed.

The magnitude of PSG’s Champions League collapse in the last 16 against Real Madrid generated a poisonous climate within the club.

PSG had a two-goal lead with time running out in Spain, but Real Madrid’s Karim Benzema struck a spectacular hat-trick to send PSG tumbling out of the competition.

In the ensuing league games, Lionel Messi and Neymar, among others, were booed.

Pochettino, the manager, claimed it was ‘impossible to sleep at night because things had gotten so bad.

When Mbappe and Pogba encountered each other at France’s training facility in Clairefontaine ahead of their international friendlies against Ivory Coast and South Africa later this month, they embraced.

Pogba asked Mbappe how things were doing at his club after exchanging pleasantries.

The 23-year-old leaned in to try and avoid the nearby cameras picking up their conversation and whispered, “I’m a little fed up” n French, according to Metro.
