Nathan Hobbs, a Raiders player, was arrested for minor DUI on 1/3, according to the LVMPD.
According to police, a complaint was received concerning a driver sleeping on a parking garage ramp on the #LasVegasStrip. Hobbs allegedly failed field sobriety tests as well.
The Full Report Stated:
LVMPD Dispatch received a call about a motorist sleeping inside a car parked on the exit ramp of a parking garage in the 3500 block of South Las Vegas Boulevard on January 3, 2022, at about 4:09 a.m.
Officers made contact with the driver, Nathan Hobbs, 22, who was described as a 22-year-old man.
Patrol gave him a field sobriety test, which he failed.
He was taken to the Clark County Detention Center and charged with DUI (misdemeanour).
Hobbs was recently charged with a ‘non-contact’ attack against a female employee at Sandham House assisted living facility in Fort Street, Sandown, and caused £500 in criminal damage (December 3).
Hobbs broke a suspended sentence order (SSO) — an eight-week jail sentence postponed for six months issued by Portsmouth judges last month — and an 18-month probation order imposed on May 7 by confessing the crimes.
The attack victim attempted to calm Hobbs, 27, a Sandham House tenant, who was enraged, and she offered to assist him in resolving his concerns.
Hobbs made lewd comments to her as they walked towards the garden.
He of no fixed address initially apologised, but then said the woman was scared and intimidated by him, and said: “I’m not going to rape you or pin you down.”
