South Africa records 5,931 new cases of COVID-19 and 76 deaths

The South African National Institute for Communicable Diseases Control on Sunday revealed that they are continuing the process of monitoring COVID-19 in the country.

The institute reported about 5,931 new cases of COVID-19 and 76 deaths recorded in South Africa in the past 24 hours.

The cumulative number of recoveries stands at 2 594 857 with a recovery rate of 92,0 per cent.

As of today, the cumulative number of #COVID19 cases identified in SA is 2 819 945 with 5 931 new cases reported.
