New signed Paris Saint-Germain player, Lionel Messi is set to make his first appearance for the club as they met their rival on Sunday evening. This was confirmed by the club’s manager, Mauricio Pochettino.
“We have not yet announced the squad,” Pochettino told a press conference on Saturday, adding that all the ‘magic trio’ “will certainly be among those named, we will see if they can play from the start of the match.”
Messi is yet to feature for PSG, following his free transfer from Barcelona.
It will be the first season in over 20 years he will not be pulling on the Blaugrana shirt.
Messi spent his entire senior career at Camp Nou, scoring 672 goals and providing 305 assists in 778 games.
