NurseLifeRN Creator Ebi Has Passed Away



The nursing community are mourning the death of NurseLifeRN Creator, Ebi. Ebi was reported to have died today July 22 2021 after a long battle with cancer.

The news of his death was confirmed in a series of social media posts made by online users.

Ebi had on October 2020 revealed that he was diagnosed with Leukaemia. Ebi, who prefers to not share his last name, runs @nurselifern, where over one million followers normally tune in for memes about nurse culture.

Ebi, you were a tremendous human being, making us all laugh with your sarcastic and quick wit. We speak for our followers when we say, you brought sunshine into our lives daily. Rest in peace, friend.

Who Is Ebi Nurse?

Ebi Nurse whose real name is Ebiowei Porbeni was an ICU Nurse, entrepreneur and the owner of Nurselifern, a media company specializing in social media marketing and Nurse recruitment. He established the media company back in 2017.

In his 7 years as a nurse, Ebiowei has worked in a wide variety of settings and specialities ranging from bedside to home health and even management. Through his social media platform, Ebiowei provides a satirical but honest look at the current state of nursing.

Ebiowei received his Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc), Nursing Science from Malone University.

While at Malone University Ebi served as a student assistant on the Pioneer coaching staff during the 2011-12 season as he wraps up his bachelor’s degree in Nursing.

Porbeni appeared in a total of 60 games at the forward position during his two years in a Malone uniform. He posted career averages of 10.1 points and 5.6 rebounds per contest as a Pioneer and was tabbed All-AMC (American Mideast Conference) Honorable Mention at the conclusion of both seasons.
