Reports have it that Former Real Madrid captain, Sergio Ramos is set to join the PSG club and will undergo a medical on Tuesday ahead of his official unveiling as Paris Saint-German player this Wednesday.
Sergio Ramos who joined Read Madrid in 2005 in a €27 million move from Sevilla left the club last month June 2021 after the expiration of his contract.
Ramos could train under PSG manager, Mauricio Pochettino, on Wednesday once he has been presented by the club.
Ramos has won a total of 22 trophies with Real Madrid, including four Champions Leagues, five La Liga titles and two Copas del Rey. He was also a member of Spain’s winning teams at Euro 2008, the 2010 World Cup and Euro 2012.
He was one of the most significant goals scorer in the club’s history — a 93rd-minute equaliser in the 2014 Champions League final against Atletico Madrid — and became Real captain in 2015 after Iker Casillas’ departure.
