Former linebacker and Gator Great player, Tim Paulk is dead

Former linebacker and Gator Great player, Tim Paulk have sadly passed away.

His death was announced on Social media through his sister Sheila Griffin.

Sheila said saddened to hear the news of his passing and penned down her condolence:-

“Mother’s Day has always been a difficult time for me since my mom is no longer here. This year I had decided to celebrate it with my family and friends; but to wake up with devastating news that my little brother, (by another mother) Timothy Paulk passed away this morning. Mothers Day will never be the same. Please keep Fay Troutman and the entire family in your thoughts prayers”

What Killed Former linebacker and Gator Great player, Tim Paulk

Paulk was born in Miami Carol City and currently lives in Atlanta he passed away today after a lengthy illness.

Before the filling of this reports details about the cause of his death was not disclosed, but we had spoken numerous times over the last 2 years and he had been fighting an illness.

Tim Paulk Football Career

Paulk an inside linebacker was an integral part of Florida’s defense, which is ranked second in the nation, allowing just 224 yards a game both in 2005.

he was a 6-foot-1, 225-pound junior is second on the team in tackles with 58 and has two interceptions.

Paulk started playing with Godfrey in high school and he took a little more of a chance and play a little more aggressively when he’s around.

He was such a disruptive player on Steve Spurrier’s first two teams at UF

Tim Paulk and Myles were teammates in football.
