Talented Vermont snowboarder, Eli Mcdermott Death & Bio

Professionally Known As: Snowboarder

Young talented Vermont snowboarder, Eli Mcdermott has been reported dead.

His death was made known through Jennifer Thomas McDermott a family member through an official Facebook post.

The actual cause of his death was not disclosed by his family.

Eli is a 14 years old boy who had loved doing anything with a board under his feet, or where he can fly through the air.

At one time he described himself as a person who likes going to CVA so he can further his knowledge of snowboarding and academics.

“I am not the scholarly type but I manage to get it all done. I would call myself a skilled snowboarder, I have landed a double cork or too, also a couple of nines and a ten.”

Born 0n 23 April 2002, Eli as a talented snowboarder had the opportunity of competing internationally for the United States.

His last result is 5th place for the men’s big air in Woodward – Park City during the season 2019/2020. He competes in big air and slopestyle.

“Eli has progressed rapidly in the 3 years that I have coached him, his raw talent and natural ability are impressive things to watch firsthand. He has gone from being the rookie on the team to being a leader of the squad.

Although he is only 14 years old, Eli shows signs of having what it takes to make it in the snowboard world.

His bag of tricks is filled with pro-level manoeuvres, and he’s always working on new ones throughout the season.

Being his snowboard coach I am proud to say that I look forward to seeing this talented young man succeed and showcase his talents to the masses.
