Skateboarder, Jonas Wray Has Passed Away



The skateboarding community are mourning the death of one of the respected legends in the Biz, Jonas Wray.

Skateboarder, Jonas Wray has sadly passed away. He was reported to have died today April 12 2021.

Circumstances surrounding his death has not been made known to the public.

Jonas and his brother Jeremy are both known to be super talented in skateboarding internationally.

For more than 30 years, professional skateboarder Jeremy Wray and his brother, Jonas, have inspired legions of fans around the world to perfect their ollies, kickflips and bolt landings.

Jonas started his skateboarding career in the streets and used their boards to get home from school quickly, down the slopes of Glendale, CA.

In 2013, Jonas and his Jeremy brother started a skateboarding company “The Wraybros”. The early pioneers of the skateboarding company consist of Jonas, his brother Jeremy, Paul Luna and Pat Channita.

Jonas alongside his brother has ridden for different board companies throughout their entire skating careers.

In the early years of his career, Jonas rode for Black Label and had quite a few ads for them. He later did a few works for Platinum.
