Longtime Host Of The Kane Show, Peter Deibler Has Passed Away

Information reaching our news desk has it that popular host of “The Kane Show”, Peter Kane Deibler has passed away at 43. He was reported to have died on Friday, March 5 2021 after a long illness at Shady Grove Adventist Medical Center in Rockville.

His starting point as a radio host was on SU’s student-run radio station Z89 (WJPZ-FM). Kane was one of the first DJs on HOT 107.9 (WWHT-FM) in Syracuse, hosting late nights on the iHeartRadio station in the late ‘90s.

The Hot 99.5 took to their official Twitter page to announce the death of Peter Kane. They said Kane was an important part of their iHeart family for years.
