Two teenagers arrested following the death of a man who died after he was set on fire in his apartment in Rochester

Two teenagers have been arrested following the death of a man in Rochester who was set ablaze in his apartment last week.
The man according to reports suffered second and third-degree burns, investigations revealed that a flammable liquid was sprayed on him by his attackers before they finally set him on fire.
He was been treated at a Rochester hospital before he eventually breathed his last.
The suspects a 16-year-old boy and his counterpart who is a 14-year old are now in the police net are to face charges with first and second-degree assault on their victim.
Rochester Police Capt. Frank Umbrino said in a statement Tuesday morning, said that the man has no local family and that they are still trying to contact potential family members from out of state.
