U of T Law Student, Meruba Sivaselvachandran Dies Unexpectedly

U of T Law Student, Meruba Sivaselvachandran has been confirmed dead on social media. The young University of Toronto student reportedly passed away on February 17, 2021. No cause of death has been reported yet.
Her family announced her death through a Facebook post they made on February 20 2021.
It is with the utmost sorrow that we share with you the passing of our beloved daughter and sister, Meruba. We appreciate all of the kind and loving messages that we have received.
Due to COVID, the funeral is restricted to a very limited number of people per time slot. We can only have 25 people (including immediate family) every 30 minutes, after which there is a 15 minute cleaning period then another 25 in the next 30 minutes. This means we can only have less than 100 people total on Monday. The Tuesday service is closed off for immediate family only; They posted.

Meruba Sivaselvachandran is a law and MBA student at the University of Toronto who sadly and unexpectedly passed away on February 17, 2021.
She was born and raised in Mississauga, Canada to the family of Sivaselvachandran Seevaratnamb & Kalaivani Sivaselvachandran.
While at UTSC, Meruba volunteered as a Student Ambassador and was involved in the LAWS youth outreach program.
At Rotman, she was a member of the Entertainment and Media Association, the Rotman Marketing Association, and the Rotman Sports Business Association.
