Estate Agent, Silven Chetty Has Passed Away


South African based Indian Estate agent, Silven Chetty has sadly passed away. He was reported to have died on February 6 2021. According to the report on social media, Silven died in hospital after battling heart-related complications.

Silven was a brilliant, humble and unassuming man with compassion, drive and warmth that made him magnetic to those who were fortunate enough to have known him. He was a friend, a leader and a mentor to many in the industry. There are no boundaries as the Estate Agency industry unites at such a time.

Our hearts are filled with incredible sadness at the loss of a friend. Gone far too soon, Silven you have left such a void in the lives of the people who loved you the most and we pray that your soul rests in peace.
