Pictures From Motjeka Madisha Funeral & Burial Today
South Africa footballer, Motjeka Madisha who tragically lost his life last year has finally been laid to the mother earth. The Mamelodi Sundowns and Bafana Bafana defender were buried today 6th February 2021 at his home village of Ga-Madisha Leolo in Zebediela, Limpopo.
The footballer died in a tragic car accident in Kempton Park last year December. Motjeka’s car went in flames and left him alongside another passenger burnt beyond recognition.
The family of the star had requested for DNA results to proved that it was their son who was burnt in that car accident. The processing of the DNA results was one of the things that delayed Motjeka’s funeral.
According to a report, Madisha’s coffin is placed outside the family yard, and a family representative said that in Sepedi culture when someone dies of unnatural courses, their remains cannot enter the yard during the funeral.
Mamelodi Sundowns fans out in numbers to bid farewell to Madisha.
