Information reaching our news desk has it that Dr David Sengendo Sennoga who is a healthcare practitioner, specialising as a Paediatrician, in Amanzimtoti, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa has passed away. The news of his death was confirmed today in a social media post.
No cause of death was reported but sources said Dr Sennoga had battled with COVID-19. He was earlier placed on a ventilator.
Reacting to Dr Sennoga’s death The S & M Silima Bra’s and Prosthesis took to their official Facebook page to pen down their heartfelt tribute to the late physician.
RIP dearest Dr Sennoga! We will never forget your smile. We will never forget your laugh! You will always be a legend! You a hero! You have saved so many people lives! God has taken a very special angel from us. Fly high Dr, let those wings spread.. you will always be remembered. You will always be loved and no one can ever replace a person like you. The Marcelo’s Cakes RSA also reacted to the death of Dr Sennoga. Via their Facebook page, she wrote – Our hearts are broken with the news of our favourite mentor and Paediatrician Dr Sennoga.
I had the privilege of knowing him for over 23 years, first working side by side with him at Kingsway paediatric ward and then as a VIP customer for Marcelo’s cakes. When I left the paediatric ward, Dr Sennoga ensured that all nursing staff in paeds got a beautiful cake from Marcelo’s on their birthday. RIP MY DEAREST DR SENNOGA.
