Blake Ermann a student of Washington College has reportedly passed away. Blakeslee Erdman a junior from West Palm Beach, Florida was reported to have unexpectedly died few days ago.
Blake death news was confirmed in a social media post made by the Washington College Men’s Lacrosse. Via their Facebook page they wrote – Our heart breaks with the passing of Blake Erdmann. You will always be our teammate, our brother, our friend, and forever a Shoreman. We love you Blake. Rest easy #49.
The Chestertown Police Chief John Dolgos in a telephone interview yesterday stated that no foul play was suspected in the death of Blake Erdman.
Erdmann lived with other Washington students off campus, according to the college’s news release and an email that Powell sent to students, faculty and staff.
According to reports Erdmann’s body has been transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore, where an autopsy will be done to determine the manner and cause of death.

Blake Erdmann was part of Washington College Men’s Lacrosse team. He played in one game in 2019.
He Played a post-graduate year at Trinity Pawling School in New York and started on attach and led team with 38 goals and 10 assists.
Erdmann played on two FHSAA state semifinalist and one finalist team, as a senior, led team with 53 goals and four assists, earning first-team All-District, second-team All-Region, Sun-Sentinel second-team All-Area, and Palm Beach Post all-area honorable mention.
He bagged the Benjamin School Buccaneer Award for Outstanding Leadership, Citizenship, Sportsmanship, Scholarship and Athletic Participation.
