Donny Bremner Death: 19-year-Old Teen Among The Snowmobilers Who Died In Sturgeon Bay

Donny Bremner has been identified as one of the snowmobilers who reportedly lost their lives going through the ice on local lakes yesterday night on Sturgeon Bay, near Robins Point Victoria Harbour.

The Police has earlier confirmed that there are strong evidence to suggest 2 people went through the ice into the frigid waters of Georgian Bay. Police and emergency crews responded after a nearby resident heard cries for help from the icy waters. Search teams including underwater search and rescue are conducting searches and a helicopter is in the area searching.

Rescue crews responded in the evening hours of Sunday Jan 17th 2021, after a resident heard cries for help from the frigid water of Georgian Bay.

After a long and exhausting search, the bodies of the two men, a father and son pair, have been recovered from the waters. One male is believed to be 19 year old Donny Bremner of Orillia, the second male is believed to be his father, Jerald Bremner.
