Soul Food Cape Owner, Kevin Parker Dies At 57

Owner of a popular Philadelphia restaurant The soul food cape, Keven Parker has sadly passed away. He was reported to have died today January 15 2020 at the age of 57. Circumstances surrounding his death is not yet known as at the time of filing this report.

The versatile entrepreneur has spun off Ms. Tootsie’s, Simply Delicious Caterers, Ms. Tootsie’s Soul Food Café. Keven parker also was chairman for the cash-strapped Men’s Day program at First African Baptist Church, then in South Philadelphia.

He opened with South Street eatery in 2000 with his late mother, Joyce, who died in 2011.
