South African comedian and popular TV presenter Trevor Noah buys a new house worth R420 million.

The star’s new home is located in the exclusive suburb of Los Angeles, Bel Air, where his neighbours will be Ennifer Aniston, Beyonce, and the richest man in the world, Elon Musk.

The house originally designed and built by architect Mark Rios is of 11000 square meters, which has a white box design with abundant windows, inspired by Japanese aesthetics.

In 2017, Rios spoke with Architectural Digest about the Japanese-influenced design of a private home.

Noah’s new home features an impressive white box design with plenty of windows. The huge house has six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. However, it also includes an infinite pool, an exhibition hall, a spa and a sauna.

The sale was made by luxury real estate agency Hilton & Hyland, which described the property as “the epitome of LA’s outdoor, outdoor ocean views.”

The three-storey private house has six bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, an office, a library, an elevator, a gym, a spa, a sauna and a game room.

Above it has a movie theater, which leads to the roof terrace. The house has a bathroom with a welcome deck and a swimming pool.
