AC Milan’s alternative plan for the defender sector is no less attractive

AC Milan continues to improve its squad in order to win the Scudetto this season. Calciomercato reports the Rossoneri to have two plans for the back sector.
The main target Milanat the defender is Strasbourg’s Mohamed Simakan. Reportedly, the player was interested in the contract proposal submitted by Milan.
Currently, Milan is competing with RB Leipzig who is also attracted to Simakan. Leipzig plans to loan Simakan to Strasbourg before actually taking him at the start of next season. This time was considered ideal as a measure to anticipate losing Dayot Upamencano.
So far, Milan’s bid for the Simakan is 15 million euros plus a bonus. However, the owner wants at least 20 million euros. Calciomercato predicts the deal could be completed at 18 million euros.
On the other hand, Milan doesn’t want to be stuck with one player. Milan is also chasing defender Schalke 04’s signature,Ozan Kabak.
The good news is that Kabak’s price is currently tilted. Schalke’s condition, who has never won in the last 30 games in the Bundesliga and is in the relegation zone, is the cause of eroding prices. In addition, Schalke needs fresh funding amidst the economic crisis.
If previously Kabak was priced at 20 million euros, currently the player’s price is predicted to be no more than 15 million euros.
Ozan Kabak’s name began to steal the attention after appearing impressively last season. He was linked with Liverpool to fill the position of the injured Virgil van Dijk.
