An outbreak at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center on Sunday forced several patients to move to different rooms.

According to reports, Fire and MedStar officials said no one was injured, and the fires were quickly extinguished. The patients were sheltered on the spot, while the fire services extinguished the fires.

The fires broke out on three floors of the hospital, according to the Baltimore County Fire.

Investigators are still working at the scene to determine the cause of the fires, but all other crews are clearing the scene.

Patients who have been transferred to different parts of the hospital due to smoke and water damage continue to receive “the necessary level of care,” a MedStar spokesman said on Sunday.

It is unknown at this time what he meant by fire at the hospital on Saturday.
