Jet Montgomery & John Cole Harris Death – Victims Of Bossier City Plane Crash Identified

Jet Montgomery Bossier & John Cole Harris has been identified as victims of Bossier City Plane Crash. According to The Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office, the two teen boy lost their lives early Wednesday morning in a plane crash on the east reservation of Barksdale Air Force Base.

18-year-old Jet Andrew Montgomery and 19-year-old Jon Cole Harris, both of Bossier City, were on board the small plane that crashed into a wooded area just before 5 a.m. Wednesday. They died at the scene.

The Bossier Parish Sheriff’s ha released an official press release about the tragic incident.

Bossier Parish Coroner’s Office confirms the deceased are Jet Andrew Montgomery, 18, of Bossier City, and Jonathan Cole Harris, 19, of Bossier City. Next of kin have been notified.

A brief bio of Jet Andrew Montgomery according to Buttercups Cupcakes owner states that Jet graduated from Airline last year & was a freshman at Louisiana Tech.

Jet was certified as a student pilot on June 10 but was prohibited from carrying passengers, according to his certification on file with the FAA.

Jet Montgomery had an infectious smile, love & excitement for life, an incredibly bright future. It all ended entirely too soon in an aeroplane crash yesterday morning. Jet graduated from Airline last year & was a freshman at Louisiana Tech, he leaves behind so many friends & loved ones mourning our loss.
