Cicero: Car crashes into a building on Central Avenue leaves four people dead

Four people were killed in a car accident in Cicero.

The incident took place when their car crashed into a building and caught fire.

According to Cicero spokesman Ray Hanania, at 3 a.m., four people on the Roosevelt Road were heading east when they veered off the road and collided with a building on Central Avenue.

Throwing more light on how the accident happened, Hanania said that when police arrived at the scene, the car caught fire, Hanania said.

Police were able to remove three people from the car, but according to Hanania, all four passengers died at the scene.

The Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office has not yet commented on the deaths.

Ic’seron police are investigating the crash.
