COVID-19: AKA Shuts Down His Club

Due to the rising case of Coronavirus (COVID-19) disease in Durban, South African rapper has announced his decision to close his newly launched club Cuba Lounge BLK has  till next year January 2021.

AKA disclosed this the public in an official statement released via his social media accounts.

Askies guys, we are sorry.

A club without any people to a party is definitely not a vibe. Due to COVID cases rising in Durban, we have taken the decision to put your health firt and close CUBA BLK till the 1st of January 2021.

We would like to send 1000 apologies to our customers and all the people who went of their way to make CUBA BLK a success.

An endless thank you to the CUBA BLK team and our partners for working around the clock to improve the situation towards our 2021 re-opening. It’s been a hell of a year but we are getting there.

Since the numbers of new cases increased, the South African government warned her citizens as regards gathering and obeying the safety measures, as the total number of recorded cases is now a million.
