Champion of the working class of Glasgow and across the world throughout her life, she continued to teach and inspire young socialists in the Labour movement right up to the end, leading the campaign to raise a statue to the 1915 Glasgow Rent Strike pioneer Mary Barbour in recent years, Jeremy Corbyn said.
