I am Deeply Sorry – Pepe Tenders His Apology To Arsenal Fans After Red Card

Arsenal winger, Nicolas Pepe has officially apologised to his team-mates and fans for what happened on Sunday during their match against Leeds.

Pepe was given a red card and was sent off from the pitch after headbutting Ezgjan Alioski in the 51st minutes of play.

His actions led the gunners to finally settle with a draw against the Leeds.

Manager Mikel Arteta criticised Pepe’s “unacceptable” actions after the match.

The player took to his Instagram page to tender his apology for his doing stating that there were no excuses for his behaviour.

Excerpts From What He Posted On His Instagram Page: “Yesterday, I let my team down at a crucial time of the game and there are no excuses for my behaviour.

“I am deeply sorry and would like to apologise to the fans, my team-mates, my coach and everyone at the club,” he wrote.
