Breaking News: Typhoon Rolly intensifies, hits Catanduanes Island in the Philippines

Rolly (Goni) strengthened from a typhoon into a super typhoon at 2 am, November 1, shortly before its expected landfall in the province of Catanduanes.
According to Capital Weather Gang, Typhoon Rolly intensified and became a SUPER TYPHOON, as of 2 AM today according to PAGASA
Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 5 was raised in Catanduanes, Eastern Camarines Sur, and Albay.
