Mental health is important and needs to be talked about so much more than it is. This world is crazy and the demons we face every day can be unbearable. Death is never easy, especially when it is unexpected and young soul is taken. God, I pray for peace among this world and the people who fight so hard just to be happy and feel something. My classmates and I lost a friend yesterday, her family lost a daughter and a sister. Her grandparents lost their granddaughter.

My friends and I lost a great friend. I wish we could go back in time and heal the pain she was feeling. I cannot believe this is real. There are no words to describe how much we all wish we could have just taken away the hurt. Our friend Kendall Alfortish, is in Heaven now, with our Dear Father above.

Although we cannot understand why her life was taken so soon, I know that she is feeling an infinite amount of love and happiness with God right now. May her soul Rest In Peace and I mean that with everything in me. No matter how happy and fun a person can be, we never truly know what someone is going through.

I pray for her family, her friends, and anyone who knew her that they may heal and mourn her loss, but always know how many beautiful and precious moments and memories we all have of her. She was such a beautiful girl and her life was taken too soon. Life is so short and we all take it for granted at some point.

This is a turning point for a lot of us, and we will live our lives differently now. We will live life to the fullest in memory of her, to show her and God how much we think and care about her. Not a day will go by that she won’t cross our minds. Thinking about how she won’t be at our reunions breaks my heart, but she will be there in spirit. We our beyond heartbroken. Life does get better I promise, but life can be so hard to see the light and the future when you are so far into depression.

We MISS you Kendall, more than we could ever put into words. A beautiful soul taken too soon. Lord, please take away the pain and the fear we have and anyone who has, currently is, or the ones that will struggle with depression. HEAL us, Lord. Life will go on, but we will NEVER forget the energy and the amazing memories you left behind for us.

You came into our lives for a reason, you showed us to live, love, and to laugh. And I hope you feel an abundance of pure love now. We now have the most adventurous angel watching over us now. We will see you again one day my sweet girl, Rest your heart now and one day we shall meet again. We love you now and forever Kendall.
