For Aston Villa – Liverpool Grec Gralish’s stunning collection of personalities proves that he is now the look of his life.
On Sunday, Villa defeated the Premier League champions Liverpool with 7-2 in one of the biggest worries of English football.
In the first half, Ollie Watkins stole the titles with a perfect hat-trick, but the real architect of the Villa show was Senior Grealish.
The 25-year-old made three goal assists and managed to score twice in the second half.
Scoring five goals against one of the best teams in the world is not a bad way to spend the evening.
Grealish created five chances for his team, while winning five of the six fights for the ball.
Acting mostly on the left side, he tortured Trent Alexander-Arnold, and the fans admired his performance.
Grealish was linked with a move to Manchester United earlier this summer, helping his team avoid a setback last season.
But Villa’s childhood fan signed a new deal with the club last month until 2025 to end all transfer speculation.
After the extra whistle, manager Dean Smith praised his team’s performances.
“It has to be at the top in order to get that result against an exceptional team,” Smith told the Daily Mail.
“It simply came to our notice then. It was a special performance from the players tonight.
“I am just proud. We made the game plan perfectly. It was not just the game plan, but the pace of work, the work ethic.
“If you are jealous of Liverpool, you will be beaten. They are an exceptionally oppressive team. Very, very proud of each and every one of them. ”
