World War II Veteran, Jack Vardaman dies at 95
World War II Veteran, Jack Vardaman has sadly passed away. Jesse H. (Jack) Vardaman Jr., resident of Alpharetta, Georgia, was reported to have died in the early hours of Tuesday, September 15, 2020, at the age of 95 Tuesday. He passed on in his family home in Georgia. His cause of death was not made known to the public.
He is a decorated veteran who was awarded many medals for his time and valiant efforts serving the country he loved during WWII and The Korean War.
He graduated from Bessem High School in Alabama. Jack joined the United States Navy at age 18. He later got admission to study at the Atlanta Divison of the University of Georgia and graduated in 1954.
Born in Millersburg, Ohio to Elsie Bell Vardaman and Jesse H. Vardaman, Sr. on November 4, 1924.
