Nollywood this morning is mourning the sudden demise of their own, Prof Ayobami Akinwale whose death occurred on Sunday the 13th of Septemeber 2020
Academia and Nollywood actor cause of death was due to a brief illness.
Ayobami Akinwale was born in Ibadan Nigeria.

The late veteran actor, Ayobami Akinwale starred in movies like Sango (1997), Ladepo Omo Adanwo (2005), Iranse Aje (2007) and many others, was also a professor in the department of The Performing Arts at the University of Ilorin, Ilorin.
Asides being an actor and a professor, he was also a veteran movie producer, a laureate of the African Movie Academy Award (AMAA) and a director.
