Shelly Sachs died at the age of 51 in 2017, surrounded by family at home in Springfield, Missouri.
She was born to Meschell Ann Warren in Exeter, Missouri on August 2, 1966 to Cherry and Ann Warren. Shelly married Aaron Sachs on May 19, 1990. The couple welcomed the two children into their home, Sarah and William (Will) Sachs. After graduating from Southwest Missouri State University with a BS in Communication, she began her career as a commercial attorney at Kraft until Will was born in 1997. He was active with his club, the Springfield Junior League and a member of the Highland Springs Country Club.
Shelly was a healthy person with a contagious smile and contagious laughter. He loved his family and he loved the people. The children always had a special place in his heart. She often catches her at Will or TJ Maxx games with Sarah.
Like her father, Shelly had a passion for gardening, antiquing, and participating in the Cardinals. He never complained and was always happy. She was a deeply devoted wife, a mother and a friend with a bright spirit that will always be remembered.
Although nothing was revealed that led to the death of Shelly, she is survived by her 27-year-old husband, Aaron Sachs; daughter Sarah and Will’s son from Spermfield, Missouri.
After her death, her husband Aaron Sachs and his children open a foundation (Shelly Sachs Foundation) it is a 501c3/W9 nonprofit organization assisting families living with cancer.
The Foundation’s purpose is to offer comfort to those who suffer from the burden of cancer. Cancer not only changes the patient but also the lives of their families. Cancer patients may suffer tremendous hardship emotionally and financially. their main hope is to take some of that worry and burden away from them.
