Over 17 people were killed Saturday as a Chinese holiday resort collapsed, media reports said as rescuers beat several survivors of the place and searched for those believed to be alive.

Rescued from orange overalls and hard hats have damaged the structure, pictures on the CGTN website have been shown, and a painting of one of the few paintings is still in operation.
