BREAKING!! Legendary broadcaster of Country 105, Scott Philips Has Passed Away

She provides guidance to job seekers, career changers, and those in transition on most effective methods of self-marketing, networking, and relationship building.
Kirsty advises on various job search and interview preparation techniques, she as well consults on resume and CV improvement.

She teaches how to leverage LinkedIn for achieving career goals. Kirsty over the years has created motivational content about work-life balance, stress management, mental health, workplace psychology, diversity and inclusion, and other topics related to personal and social aspects of career development.

Her sad and repeated attempts to stop the deep pain and personal suffering brought about by post traumatic stress (PTSD) finally succeeded.

Kirsty never wanted this. She wanted life. To live, love, laugh and enjoy. She was so angry that PTSD sometimes had her in its grasp. She hated when she could not control it. She did everything she could to talk about it, engage professional help, seek the support of friends, put in place early warning mechanisms to beat it and backstop arrangements when it had the upper hand. She understood the suffering PTSD brought and she knew its capability to wreak tragic sadness and loss for the friends and family left behind. She fought.

I always felt she was a little sad but tried to lift herself out of despair through being busy but this and her achievements were not enough.
