Ubisoft launches latest short film on Alberto mielgo love death robots

Ubisoft and Ubiforward  has come again with a short film based on the game by artist Alberto Mielgo.

Into the Spider-Verse fans will want to see this. To play enter the #WatchDogsLegion universe in this intense chase through a dystopian London created by Emmy awards winner Alberto Mielgo.

Ubisoft Forward was directed by great art director Alberto Mielgo, who also worked on the visual development of Into the Spiderverse. It shows.

He is  also the person behind Netflix’s Love, Death, Robots short films, “The Witness” what an amazing “trailer”!

Who is Alberto Mielgo

Born in 1979, Alberto Mielgo dedicated his life to visual art.

PainterDirectorArt DirectorDesignerAnimator and Concept Artist, he began working in an Animation Studio when he was only 18 years old.

Born and raised in Spain, Alberto is currently established in Los Angeles, after having worked and lived in various countries of Asia and Europe.

One of his strengths is the innovative type of animation for a specific audience that knows how to appreciate the originality and the continuous transformation that this industry faces day after day.

His fame has today reached all corners of the globe, thanks to his collaborations for the production of films that have become masterpieces; among all we remember for example Corpse Bride of Tim Burton, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows 1 and 2 and Tron Uprising by Disney, for which he received in 2013 an Emmy Award and an Annie Award.

He was also the Storyboard Artist for the Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. He wrote, designed and directed The Witness, an animated film that is part of the highly successful Netflix anthology: Love , Death and Robots.

He recently directed another animated short filmThe Windshield Wiper, due out this year, a personal project focused on his vision of love and relationships.
