A 35 year-old man Daun Eric Sanders have been killed while running on a Southern California freeway last week.

He was a double murder suspect who was declared wanted by the police in connection with the killing of two people in his neighborhood in Shasta County, police revealed.

The 35 year-old, Eric was killed last Wednesday around 4:25 a.m. as he ran across Interstate 15 in Ontario after abandoning his crashed pickup truck, which he had been driving the wrong way in the southbound lanes.

Police declared him wanted after three people were shot at a home on a rural road between Redding and Shingletown.

The victims, Jon Charles Depoorter, 59, and Michael Barton Stanfill, 66, all died at the spot, with the third victim suffered critical gunshot wounds.

According to eyewitness,on sighting the police presences Mr Sanders, who lived about 300 yards away, had to flee from them.
