The online gaming community Byron Bernstein popularly known as Restful who had 960,000 followers on streaming site Twitch has passed away. Restful was reported to have died on July 2 2020. Restful died at the age of 31.

The Israel-American gamer is considered a legend of the iconic World of Warcraft title, and spent years as its top-ranked player. He had more than a million combined followers on video platforms Twitch and Youtube.

Restful death was confirmed by his brother Gary Bernstein in a series of tweets he made in his official twitter handle.

The tweets reads.. “My baby brother Byron @reckful is gone. “RIP,” .

One of his best friends, comedian and streamer Andy Milonakis, said he had “dreaded that this day could possibly come”.

His ex-girlfriend @BlueGoesMew said she wished “he could see how much he is loved and all of the sweet things people have said to honour his memory”.

“Byron, I wish I could have helped you. We all do. I’m so sorry I couldn’t. Thank you for being a part of my life,” she tweeted.

“Love you always.”

The WoW community has paid tribute by gathering their characters in the game.

Twitch has also paid condolences to his family, with the company saying it was “devastated” by the news.
