Tshegofatso Pule Case: Suspect Muzikayise Malephane Appear In Court (Photos/Video)

Muzikayise Malephane the 31-year-old man who was arrested few days ago for the murder of Tshegofatso Pule has finally appeared in court. Muzikayise Malephane was seen at the Roodepoort Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday afternoon.
Muzikayise Malephane who did not want to apply for bail has been charged with premeditated murder of Tshegofatso Pule. Tshegofatso Pule was found dead hanging in a tree on June 8 2020.
“It is a Schedule Six matter. You have a right to apply for bail. This means if you want to be released on bail you have to make a bail application,” Baloyi said.
Muzikayise Malephane did not show up with his lawyer as the Judge had to postpone the case till 24 June . He will remain in custody, his next court will be via camera from Krugersdorp prison, the judge informed the court.
Pule’s family was present at the court proceedings and she was laid to rest at her family’s home in Soweto last Thursday.
