Sarpanch Ajay Pandita Bharti shot dead by Pakistan Terrorists in Kashmir

Terrorists have shot dead Kashmiri Pandit Sarpanch Ajay Pandita Bharti din of Omkar Nath Pandita in Anantnag of South Kashmir. The 40 year old was Sarpanch of Lukbawan, Larkipora. SSP Anantnag Sandeep Chaudhary has confirmed the development. Probe underway.

Kashmiri was a 40-year-old of the Kashmiri Pandit community in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Monday afternoon.

According to reports from the a reliable sources revealed to GoaChronicle that the Congress Sarpanch was fired upon by the terrorists near Lokbawan Larkipora.

The sources also said that Ajay Pandita was targeted because he was distributing domicile certificates.

The deceased family at the hospital revealed to the media that Pakistanis backed terrorists are behind the unfortunate attack and that they should be hunted down.

But more importantly they laid emphasis on the plight of the Hindus in Kashmir who continue to face persecution as minorities.

Pandita was rushed to GMC Annatnag where he was declared brought dead.
