South Texas Cop, Josh Ybarra Has Passed Away

Police Patrol Officer at Pharr Police Department, Josh Ybarra has passed away. The news of his death flooded the social media this morning. Josh’s cause of death is not yet known.

His death was made announced on social media by a family member, Jorge Hernandez in a Facebook post.

“Rest In Peace Cousin!! Josh Ybarra So sad bruh!! I remember when we took this pic! We said, Lets take a pic together that will last a lifetime! We got ready and dressed up for this pic! We were excited to take a pic together! I never knew i would use it for this purpose!!!! My heart hurts bro!!!”, Jorge wrote.

The South Texas Sheepdogs also confirmed the sad demise of Josh. Penning down their tribute they wrote “Josh Ybarra.
You will be always be remembered by all as a great South Texas cop. We know you have finally found your peace, and we will carry on remembering you fondly.”

Another Facebook user wrote “I love you Cousin I’ll miss your handshakes & hugs man!! You always brought it in to show that extra fam love!! I have no words Cuz but that I’ll miss you and that I’ll love you forever. Our Family will stay strong for you #RIP #Mayhem Josh Ybarra”

The RGV-K9 Handlers wrote “From all the RGV-K9 Handlers in the valley, we would like to extend our deepest condolences to a brother RGV Handler that is no longer with us; K9 Officer JOSH YBARRA # 9166. You have gone to the kingdom of GOD , but you will never be forgotten. Our deepest condolences go out to the family and children. God bless you brother in BLUE!”
