Drag Race Rupaul actress, Jacqueline Wilson dies

The popular actress Jacqualine Wilson died last year, although her death was not revealed officially.

The Rupaul Drag Race on Friday remembered the late actress in their social media handle where they celebrated her with caption:

“Rest in power, Jacqueline Wilson”

 

The late actress, Jacqueline Wilson joined the VH1 series in its second season (then on Logo TV) in 2009 as a supervising producer.

In 2017 she took over as co-executive producer on RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars, a position she also held on the flagship title starting in 2018.

The series host executive producer RuPaul Charles on Twitter dropped her heartfelt tribute describing Wilson as a invaluable contributor to the success of Drag Race.

 

Wilson will be remembered for her notable movie characters and credits during and before her stay with Drag Race which included Basketball Wives, I Want to Work for Diddy, Family Reunion and The Rebel Billionaire: Branson’s Quest for the Best.

Jacqueline Wilson in 2018 and 2019 was nominated for three consecutive times as the Primetime Emmy Awards winner.

In late 2019 she she got the PGA Awards for Outstanding Producer of Game & Competition Television.

Drag Race is a popular TV Show that has won an Emmy awards with a cast of 14 talented drag queens competing for the coveted title of America’s Next Drag Superstars with a cash prize of over $100, 000 at stake.

Nothing has been said or revealed about Drag Race Rupaul Jacqueline Wilson’s cause of death but a close revelation from her  friend and co-worker Meesh Mills has it that the late Drag Race actress died from a Lung cancer in 2018.
