Bollywood actor Naseeruddin Shah debunks death rumors and rubbishing media houses reporting of his immediate hospitalization.

 

The veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah was on Thursday rumored dead but he has debunked the fake news of his death and revealed that he was “fine” and at home observing the nationwide lockdown.

 

Shah, who will be 69 this year on Facebook post, thanked people for their concern and reassured them about his health.

“I thank all those enquiring after my health and reassure them I am fine,” he said.

“I’m at home and observing the lockdown. Please don’t believe any rumours,” he added.

“A Wednesday” actor’s younger son Vivaan Shah also dismissed rumours about his father’s health.

“He’s alright. These are just rumours,” Vivaan told reporters.

Naseeruddin Shah was born on July 20, 1950 in Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh, India.

He is an actor, known for The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen 2003, A Wednesday 2008 and Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro 1983.

He has been married to Ratna Pathak Shah since April 1, 1982. They have three children.
