I have cramps & sores on Vagina after using dildo, What should i do?

User Question Today – Hi, so me and my boyfriend tried a new glass dildo last night, and at some point while using it he switched to his fingers and when he pulled his fingers out they had blood on them. Obviously we were nervous about that and stopped what we were doing to clean up, there was a decent amount of blood at first but eventually I seemed to stop bleeding. He had been using it a little roughly so i thought maybe that was the reason?

We had sex (p in v) about an hour later and then went to bed, and at 3 am I woke up with my vagina being very sore and the feeling of period cramps and have felt that way since then. I’m on birth control and I’m on my last week before the placebo pills, so I’m not sure if that could be causing it but I wanted to ask advice here. Should I be worried? I don’t think I’ve bled much since that initial time from what I can tell. Any advice would be appreciated!!
